Driving Directions From The North (Ipswich) – A 12

• Come off the A12 at Colchester turn off.
• Go straight on at traffic lights and straight on at roundabout, towards “Town Centre”
• You will come to two little mini-roundabouts You turn left here (Hombase will be on your right)

From The South (London) – A 12

• Take turning off to Colchester Central You will know it is the right one as there is a notice above the road and the road splits.
• Take second exit at roundabout down Avenue of Remembrance.
• Go straight on at next roundabout and at next one.
• You will pass the Cowdray Centre on the left hand side and Leisure World on the right hand side.
• Go straight on at traffic lights.
• You will then come to two mini roundabouts – Go straight over these.

Coming From The West (M11 & Stansted) – A120

• Take A120 (Junction from M11 towards Colchester & Stansted Airport
• Stay on A120 past Braintree & continue until you reach the A12 at Marks Tey.
• Turn north on the A12 towards Colchester/Ipswich.
• Take second exit on A 12 signed Colchester central.
• Take second exit at roundabout down the Avenue of Remembrance.
• Go straight on at next roundabout and at next one.
• You will pass the Cowdray Centre on the left hand side and Leisure World on the right hand side.
• Go straight on at traffic lights.
• You will then come to two mini roundabouts. Go straight over these.

Continued Instructions – All Directions

• You will pass Glynn Webb on your left and Sainsbury’s Homebase on your right.
• Go straight over next mini-roundabouts.
• You will then come to a huge roundabout which you can go either way round – You want to go straight on and up dual carriageway.
• At the top of hill you turn right (signposted St. Osyth, Brightlingsea and Wivenhoe).
• Go straight on at next traffic lights.
• Go past Flag Pub on left and you will come to a mini-roundabout – bear left here (Rectory Road)
• Continue straight going past the “Wivenhoe Cricket Club” on your left.
• Go past turning to Belle Vue Road on right, down and then up Rectory Hill – sharp left-hand bend at the bottom of the hill
• Past Bowes Road on the right & Lafarge Aggregates Ltd on the left
• Go past Keelars Lane on the left and then immediately past a sharp left-hand bend take the farm track on the left
• Really Safe Flooring are approximately 50 metres down on the right-hand side.
